"That's one small step for man....one giant leap for mankind." Neil Armstrong, 1969. There are countless first steps in life. Without that maiden step, nothing would have been possible. It is much to our great relief that we never run short of such leading steps. There are just too many things in life waiting for one to explore and experience. This is another of my first step - the creation of a site I call my own - a little haven where I can pour all my thoughts in, which otherwise serves as a mode for me to keep my friends updated about the ups and downs in my life. I am not a verbally expressive person. Writing is still my forté. How then do I want this first step to be? It has to be something that depicts myself. After much deliberation, I eliminated the inclusion of puerile animations. Striking words mounted on a dark background do not epitomize me either. It had to be soothing. Conceptualizing the layout was a long process. There were many constraints I had to bear in mind. The writing was much simpler. I tried a few layouts, but felt something was missing in each of them. Eventually, what you are looking at now is what satisfies me most. As the first step leads on, I look forward to a series of steps which are accompanied by greater impact. I hope you will find joy in reading what I have written as much as I had enjoyed myself pulling my thoughts together to come up with this site. Do come back every now and then for more updates.
